Hotel Galicya - Krakow

The basic room was clean and functional, but the disappointing breakfast left many of my friends unsatisfied. The hotel’s proximity to tram access made it easy to explore the area.

Great position, about 10 min by tram from the Wawel. Good and rich breakfast. Pretty bathroom. Nonstop hotel. Free carpark.

Big noise from the outside (cars, motocykles...). Uncomfortable beds, we woke up painful.

Everything was spotlessly clean and good. Overall it was neat and well-maintained with comfortable beds. The location was unbeatable, 15 min walk from bus station.

The rollercoaster I didn't see coming

The staff was cute. I loved the spacious bathroom equipped for accessibility and enjoyed the good garden view from my cozy room!

Unfortunate thin walls. The air conditioning was not working well .

Good breakfast, free parking

First of all, they forgot our booking (they said, that have not received it). We have ordered a room with one big bed, but istead received 2 small beds.

Pleasant and modest hotel!

Reasonably clean property. Reasonable and good selection for breakfast with good coffee and enening meals, for example. Immaculately clean and airy room plus a chair and coffee. Superfriendly and exceptionally pleasant staff, always with a smile.

Book your tram pass upfront for unlimited travel. It makes exploring Kraków much easier.

When I look at hotels to book I look at location, cleanliness, parking facilities and a good breakfast, all of these are good at this hotel. I can also add the friendly staff at the reception. I like this hotel and I recommend it.

The only negative point is that there was no lift to go upstairs to the room.

We decided to stay there because of the bargain offer, they had - and were not disappointed. The room is good, wi-fi is working, breakfast was exellent. Free parking, too. It is probably not in the centre but not very far away either.

Free Wi-Fi in rooms was great, but breakfast staff could be friendlier and more attentive.

Rooms have a dated decor and spotted carpets, giving off an impression that they could use a refresh. The breakfast area can feel cramped with insufficient seating, especially during prime eating hours. Soundproofing isn't effective, with noise from adjacent rooms making it hard to enjoy peace at night. Air conditioning may struggle to keep up on warm days, causing some discomfort.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Trips to Aushwitz,Salt Mine etc & taxis could be booked with reception.

Hotel was out of the main city .......... but this was compensated for by convenient tram stop.
